A Summer of Change and Adventure
This summer has been one of significant change for us at CRFT Travel. We've moved from the rolling hills of middle Tennessee to the sunny, palm tree-lined streets of Miami, FL. It's been quite an adjustment, especially for our furry mascot, Kettle. Our Great Pyrenees, who used to love sleeping outdoors, now prefers the comfort of my office, barking at the mailman from the window.
We’ve had an incredible summer filled with exciting travel plans. Many of you have booked independent trips to Greece, France, and Spain, exploring these beautiful destinations at your own pace. Additionally, our inaugural group sailing to Alaska aboard the Celebrity Edge was a fantastic success. Inaugurating CRFT Travel with this Alaskan journey was nothing short of amazing. The Celebrity Edge offered streamlined luxury accommodations and midsize appeal, making it perfect for our multigenerational group of 41 explorers.
Our adventure began in Seattle, where we explored landmarks like Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. Setting sail from there, we discovered the best hangout spot on the ship—the Sunset Bar—ideal for whale watching. On our second night at sea, we celebrated with a cocktail reception (see photo above) and announced our upcoming group trips, including:
Spring Break 2025 aboard Wonder of the Seas
Independence Day Week 2025 aboard Icon of The Seas sailing out of Miami - July 5, 2025
Holiday Celebration in Patagonia aboard the Celebrity Equinox (December 20, 2025 - January 3, 2026)
We also reminded our main goal as a company, that is to bringing families together. Inspired by our move from Tennessee, our mission is to keep families connected through travel, creating lasting memories around the world.
The most memorable parts of our Alaskan adventure were the stunning Alaskan Fjords and Dawes Glacier. Arriving at Endicott Arm at 5:30 am, we navigated through massive carved rock hills and scattered waterfalls, reminding us of Mother Nature's grandeur. Our boys enjoyed hot chocolate on the top deck of the Edge (see video below).
In Skagway, many of us took the White Pass trail journey, a breathtaking escape through the Alaskan landscape once traveled by Gold Rush seekers.
It was an exceptional experience connecting with families eager to explore the world together. Will you become part of our travel family? You can find out more about our groups and exclusive pricing by visiting our Trips Page or contacting me anytime.
Happy Exploring!
